Snowblade Vagabond《雪刀浪子》the first book in the 50-book Snowblade Vagabond series by Hong Kong author Long Chengfeng 龍乘風. It was first published in issue #937 of Hong Kong’s Wuxia World Magazine《武俠世界》on June 16, 1977, thus beginning a long writing career for Long Chengfeng. When Snowblade Vagabond launched in issue #937 of Wuxia World, it was alongside both Gu Long and Wen Rui’an, who each had stories in the same issue. In this issue, Gu Long began his novel Land of Soaring Eagles《大地飛鷹》, while Wen Rui’an, writing under the name Wen Liangyu 溫涼玉, was in the middle of his second story in his Fang Zhenmei 方振眉 series. Long Chengfeng would publish a new Snowblade Vagabond story on average once a month until 1984.
