Synopsis

Test

The “Institute of Awakening” is an assassin organization; they simply kill whoever their client pays them to kill. Its founder is Yu Weixing and Guan Gu is its chief assassin. For a long time they didn’t see eye to eye, but they forced themselves to work together despite their differences.

Guan Gu’s sword is called “Right to the Heart”, and he has already obtained perfection with it, his swordplay is without peer. But he mopes around all day, detesting killing people as a way to make a living, so much so that people call him the “Good Man Who Kills People Like Flies”.

During an assignment to massacre the mother and daughter of the Shu family, Guan Gu cannot bear to murder these good people, and finally in a fit of anger openly deserts the “Institute of Awakening”. When Yu Weixing hears of this he flies into a rage and quickly dispatching people to pursue and intercept Guan Gu and company who are escorting the Shu mother and daughter out of the country.

Guan Gu, with some help, he defeats Hu Qin, master of Emerald Tower, who wanted Guan Gu to sell out the Institute, then he defeats the “Three Nephilims” and other evil gangs. After many setbacks, he finally suffers a serious injury in order kill the great fiend, Yu Weixing.

Shu Wanyi was imprsioned in Emerald Tower, along with Guan Gu, and there, her warm nature leads her to being raped in front of Guan Gu in order to spare him from being crippled. Jiang Erning is hurt by Guan Gu, yet also admires Guan Gu, so she boldly pursues him. In the end, during the celebration after defeating the bad guys, Shu Wanyi and Jiang Erning both marry Guan Gu.
